Charge per additional driver is 5,- Eur per day, max 15,- Eur (+tax)
Minimum Age
The renter and additional driver must be 23 years old (for groups: A-D/I/L/M/N) or 28 years old (for groups:E/F/G/H/J/K/O) and has held a current valid driving licensce for at least one year.

| LDW (Loss and Damage Waiver) |
| Loss and damage waiver is mainly available in the USA. This policy covers accident damages to the Avis vehicle as well as theft of the vehicle or parts thereof. A fixed deductible sum may be applied. |
| ALI(Additional Liability Insurance) |
| Additional liability insurance is mainly available in the USA. This policy covers the renter and all authorised drivers in case of bodily injury and property damage. It increases the minimum coverage (if there is any) prescribed by state legislation to a maximum of US$ 1'000'000.-- |
| PEP (Personal Effect Protection) |
| This policy covers personal effects (with certain exceptions) which are stored in the boot and are stolen from the locked vehicle. A police report is required in case of damage. |
Drivers Licence
The renter must have held a valid driver's license for at least 12 months and must present it at the time of rental. The licence must be valid at the time of rental and remain valid throughout the rental period.
International drivers licence required for all non european countries .

Meet late arrival fee: Pick-up after 10.00 p.m./before 7.00 a.m.
Costs 15,-EURO + 22% TAX ( from all Avis Poland lications).
Winter fee
There is a "Winterizing service charge" from 01 Nov till 31 Mar.
Groups A,B,C,I,M: 12,- PLN daily.
Groups D,H,J,K,l,O,N: 25,- PLN daily.
Delivery and collection fee to Warsaw Marriott Hotel station
Warsaw Marriott Htl. station is open from Monday to Saturday between:8:00-16:00. After opening hours delivery and collection fee of 70 pln (each) will be added to all rentals (taxable).

Fuel
Not included in the rates. For vehicles rented with a full tank and returned without the same quantity of fuel, a refueling service will be charged in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.

It is legal requirement in Poland that all children (age 0-11 years) who are transported in cars have to be secured with suitable safety seat
(Baby seat - 9-12 Month / Child safety seat - Approx.1-3 Year/
Booster seat - Approx. from 3 - 11 years )
Baby/Child seat: 20,- EUR (+TAX) per rental
Booster seat: 10,- EUR (+TAX) per rental

No-show fee/late cancellation fee
Applies to all reservations for groups L/E/G/H/K/O therefore it is mandatory that all reservations requests made for these groups include the full creditcard details and full address of the client. Contact is required. The fees do not apply for cancellations made 48 hours prior to check out time. Costs of no-show fee or late cancellation fee for L/E/G/H/K/O groups is 1 day of rentalof the reserved rate.
For cancellations made 24 hours prior to check out time costs of no-show fee or late cancellation fee for L/E/G/H/K/O groups is 490 PLN plus tax.
Rentals from other Avis key cities than Warsaw, car groups L/E/G/H/K/O are charged an additional fee. Rentals less than 3 days in Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Poznań , Wrocław and Rzeszów 245 pln per rental, taxable. Rentals less than 5 days in Szczecin 490 pln per rental, taxable.
